With the gradual extension of electrical haulage of trains to Madurai upto Kanyakumari, absolute need is felt for opening up of an Electric Loco shed for repairs and overhauling at Madurai Junction. Also if the frequency of extant Madurai-Dindigul, passenger train is increased, the public will be immensely benefited. Completion of Madurai-Bodi BG railway line has been a long pending demand. will these genuine demands be raised and realised atleast in the forth coming Parliamentary election? will the contestants realise the importance of these causes? let us forumers urge in personal capacity atleast when the candidates come to us during electioneering / campaigns, please.
