Please tell me the present status of the SEZ 2, Vadapalanji IT park in Madurai. Why is it getting delayed? When will it be started?

The single building coming up is HCL and it is G + 2. Size 1.5 times the Honeywell building inside ELCOT.

They are working on a big building nearby the almost finished one.

Construction activity is going on in full swing.

And Honeywell is coming up with another building nearby their existing one in ELCOT size as same as existing one I.e. they are doubling their size.

It has two buildings - Front one G+2 and the other G+4...These facilites are expected to be functional since Dec.2016 and will have a headcount of 4000.

Visited the VadaPalanji IT SEZ today.

RoB works almost over. Only the part over railway line is to be finished which will be over in another 2 months.

A building was under construction inside the SEZ apart from the bridge. When I inquired the security at the gate, he told it's built by TN Govt. Maybe ELCOT kalyana mandabam II is getting ready.
